About Us

Success Starts From Within

Successful career advancement initiatives improve organizational performance. This has been proven to not only boost employee retention and foster a more effective workforce, but also influence brand perception, corporate purpose, client satisfaction, and stakeholder engagement. In order to realize these benefits, intent must turn into actionable outcomes.

Brij the Gap helps organizations implement actionable career advancement resources to develop and increase retention of employees. We address challenges specific to underrepresented individuals and provide career advancement strategies, personalized support and community to help employees attain their professional vision and thrive in the workplace. Brij the Gap also drives systemic change within the workplace by educating employees outside of underrepresented groups to become better peers, leaders, mentors and sponsors to marginalized individuals.

MOTIVATE

We empower your employees to conquer the challenges experienced when approaching career advancement and help them attain their professional goals. We also equip your employees who do not identify as underrepresented to become better leaders and advocates to your underrepresented employees.

EDUCATE

We provide career advancement strategies, personalized coaching and community to help your employees create and scale their professional brands, become better self advocates, create their personal board of directors and elevate their accomplishments for career advancement.

DRIVE CHANGE

Through a variety of career advancement programs, workshops and consulting, we partner with your team to create a more effective workforce, influence brand perception, corporate purpose and increase client and employee satisfaction.
