While it’s excellent that your organization has existing resources, external facilitators provide an added layer of objectivity, trust and expertise that often leads to greater transparency and meaningful change. A recent study by the Association for Talent Development found that organizations using external providers for specialized development programs saw a 32% increase in employee engagement and a 24% boost in retention rates compared to internal-only programs. Employees tend to feel safer and more open with a neutral third party, which helps reveal unique needs and challenges that internal teams might miss. Our programs complement your current offerings, adding depth and targeted strategies proven to improve employee satisfaction and organizational success.
For the 4 Week Accelerator Programs, we suggest planning 6 weeks in advance. For workshops, we suggest planning 4 weeks in advance.
Not at all. Thrive in Color provides career growth strategies and tools that are valuable for individuals across all demographics, job functions and seniority levels. While the book highlights the nuanced experiences of historically marginalized groups, it fosters insights and meaningful conversations that promote awareness, inclusion, and collaboration throughout your organization.
We strongly encourage corporations to make this book accessible to all employees to ensure everyone benefits from the shared learning and dialogue it inspires.
